Titus & Tattle Tail Tuesday

Updated: Latte's bloodwork is fine. His Meowmy, however, isn't feeling that great. We're still purring and purraying.

Please keep Latte and his family in your thoughts and purrayers.

I got tagged by my pal, Mickey Mantle, for the resolutions meme.

When it comes to New Year’s Resolutions we seem to fall into four categories:
1. quite serious about them,
2. be flippant about them,
3. do it because we feel pressured to, or
4. do not do them.
So, the purpose of this little game is to let us know which category you are in.

I have never made a resolution before, so I guess I'd be #4. However, I've grown a lot in the last year, so I will make some resolutions for 2008.

1. I will try to control my indiscriminate competitive eating. In 2008, I will not eat an entire 20oz box of raisin bran, nor will I eat two pounds of kitty kibble, nor will I litterbox surf so much that I ralph. I won't gorge on mulberries, I won't eat a whole box of chocolate pudding powder, and I won't eat lots of Clif bars all in one sitting. I have my mantra from my life coach, Jeter Harris to help me when I feel weak. No barz... no barz... no barz...

2. I also vow to not have any neck problems this year. The last time I had trouble was 12/30/06. So I think I'll be ok as long as I wear my harness when I go out on the town.

3. I vow to take more walks.

4. I vow to play more games of Chase Momma Around The Back Yard Like A Lunatic.

I have also been reminded by the grey tuxedo wearer in the family that I need to tattle on someone today. I guess I will tattle on Mom. On Sunday, she didn't even get out of her jammies (and they're sock monkey jammies! - how embarrassing). She said she needed a mental health day. So she laid around all day and got caught up on her Tivo. The great thing about the whole thing was it was cuddle time. All.Day.Long. Yippee!

  1. Thanks for thinking of me! I'm listening to everyone's purrs and trying to feel better.

  2. Those sound like excellent resolutions, Titus. Good luck with trying to curb your competitive eating!

We are purring and praying for Latte.

  3. You are very brave to resolve to give up competitive eating, Titus. I am going to keep my paws crossed that you are able to!

My mommy stayed in her pjs all day Sunday, too. It was great . . . CUDDLE TIME!

I am purring very hard for Latte to be well.

  4. Great resolutions Titus. I hope you are able to keep them all, especially the one about more walks and playing with your mom.

  5. Our Mommy wanders around all day in her pajamas quite often. She says it is what keeps her sane and happy so we let her.

  6. Titus~~
I think you with Tazo, makes you more and more like a cat~~
So, Maybe "No.4" is really important~~~

But, in another way, I think you are like a cat is really great~~~

  7. Oh jammie day! I love it when mommy does that, it means naps and snacks and stuff! Mommy has one pair of kitty jammies and one pair of doggy jammies. She likes to be fair. She is creeped out by monkeys, so we never see any of them around here!

  8. My Mommie wants to get a pair of those jammies!

  9. Ha, ha, ha sock monkey pj's! They look wonderful!

Don't tell anyone, but my Mum wore pj's all day Sunday too!

  10. If you have to make resolutions, those are some pretty good ones.

My mom bean didn't get out of her jamies and socks all day Sunday, either...

  11. If you have to make resolutions, those are some pretty good ones.

My mom bean didn't get out of her jamies and socks all day Sunday, either...

  12. I like Titus, but he looks a little sad in this picture.

  13. These are pretty good. So how long must you suffer these changes? a couple of weeks should be good enough... chocolate pudding powder sounds yummy!!!!!!!

YOur mom has nice jammies. Our mommie loves jammies too. These look like something worthwearing all day.

    purrrs to all of you
    happy voting day hahahahaha

  14. My mom wants a pair of those Sock Monkey jammies, and another pair of footie pajamas! Then she can have lots of mental health days! Titus, those sound like reasonable resolutions, kind of balanced between play and health and family. WTG!

  15. ooh my Bean needs to take her annual mental health day (we call them Duvet Days in the YooKay) before the end of Feb! thanks for the reminder - I will force her too spend it with me x

  16. Those are great resolutions, we hope you can keep them (if we're gonna tattle - mommy's not doing so well with hers).

    Purrs Mickey
