This is a picture of EG hunting ice cubes in our water bowl.  Please note that there is only one water bowl.  This is before Mom realized that the twins don't like drinking after me and added another bowl that I now also drink out of.  I'm not sure why they won't drink after me.  What's wrong with a little dawg drool?  I mean, really.  What the paw?!

Tazo Tuesday

A while ago, Mama had a hurty foot and hadded to go to physical therapy for a while to learn some stretches and strengthening exercises.  She finally graduated from therapy and does all of her stuff at home now.  With our help.  When she's on the floor doing her stretches, I motivate her by giving her headbonks and tiny biteys.  EG grabs her feets and bunnykicks them.  It is all very motivating. hee hee
Guess what?  After much thought and many naps, I have decided to become a personal trainer.  Here I am on the treadmill, or as Mama calls it, the "dreadmill."   She and the dreadmill are not good furriends, but I think that with my help, she could learn to love it.  Please notice my very stern look - this is supposed to motivate her.  I think I'm going to have to work on my stern look because all it motivated her to do was to pick me up and give me a smooch.

Mancat Monday

Dad was sick yesterday.  I took good care of him, as you can see. Titus and Tazo and The Mom helped.  A little. But I was on my toes all afternoon  (waiting for him to drop a cracker. Or jello.  Or spill some chicken soup), making sure that he was comfortable and getting enough rest.

Nursing is very exhausting.

Froot Bat Friday

This is me.  This is my terrifying boa constrictor stuffy.  He is de-stuffed, of course, but still quite the nemesis.  I am having a good time trying to subdue him.  Such a good time, in fact, that I let down my froot bat guard. They were super froot batty.

Until the camera came out.  Then they went away. hehe

Sadly, I fell for the "gimme some frooooot baaaaat."  Mom was holding a cheez-it.  So not fair!

Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Thursday is Hurl's Day

It's been a slow week.  Don't get me wrong. I've done a fair amount of running outside and delicious, pink ear chomping and showing my cute belleh so that That Woman tries to scritch it, but gets clawred and bunnykicked instead, but I've been resting up for the full moon.
Mwahahahahahahahahaha...

What the Paw?!?! Wednesday

Titus here.  Last night, Mom got all fancy with dinner and decided to put bananers in her Grape Nuts. hehehe Mom says that having a snack at our house is a pain in the 'tocks, because two out of three Furry Kids are "pesty." Whatever that means.  Anyway, she had a bananer that was getting yucky and she didn't want to throw it away (and we all know that she won't bake bananer bread for me and Dad).  So she decided to put it in her cereal.  She was expecting a big problem because it takes at least 3 hands to prepare a bowl of cereal (one had to take care of the cereal part and at least two hands to wrangle the Furry Kids). But she was super surprised because as soon as she busted out the bananer, the twins ran away.  Apparently, it's like Kitteh Kryptonite or something.  She kept waving pieces of bananer in front of them and they kept backing away from it.  So Mom got to prepare and eat her cereal in peace.  And she was so happy about it that she shared her  bananer with me.  Bananer is one of the more delicious froots, you know.  Daisy's sister, Pixie, eated bananers all the time.

Anyway, here is photographic evidence that the twins hate bananers.

Look at EG.  He's trying to get super far away from the bananer.  So far away in fact, that he's teetering on the edge of the counter.  Go ahead and say it, Khyra. hehehe

And here is Tazo.  She is giving the bananer a very hard stare.

So today, Mom says she's going to spend the day collecting recipes for bananer-type things so that she can continue to eat snacks in peace. Now to lull her into thinking that she can leave those snacks someplace where I can reach them...

Terribly Embarrassed on Tuesday

It's super embarrassing when your Mom posts nekkid pictures of you on facebook.  This is the picture in question.  I am not wearing my collar.  This is sooooo embarrassing.
Somebody's not getting any froot bats this week.

Froot Bat Friday

Mom was real tired last night so we didn't have a photoshoot.  ::wipes brow with paw::
This was taken this morning.  I am trying to sleep. She took the picture and then gave me a smooch between the froot bats.

This is post-smooch.  My eyelids are super heavy.  My froot bats are sort of heavy, too.  They're just not feeling like giving up the froot bats right now.

Have a great weekend, everybuddy!
Happy Froot Bat Friday!

Thursday is Hurl's Day

One day last week, That Woman was getting ready to leave.  She was all dressed and ready to go.  She opened the door to let those delicious, pink ears outside and I ran out, my cape flowing behind me.  I ran to the middle of the back yard. Mwahahaha...  She had to follow me - through all the "deposits" that those delicious, pink ears left out there for the last several weeks.  She grabbed me.  I began to flail and ended up wiping my paws all over her shirt. Mwahahahaha...  She carried me inside and then managed to get a whiff of her shirt.  Let's just say that it wasn't mud.  Mwahahaha...  She had to change.  She also tried to clean my feet, but, well, we all know how that worked out for her: Scratch City. I wasn't all that happy to have poo on my feets, but I made sure that those delicious, pink ears were punished.  Why can't he just use a litterbox like everyone else?

Mwahahahahahahahahaha...

An Award on Wednesday

We gotted this great award from our good furriend, Ariel.  Thank you, Ariel!

The You Rock Award...
Place this award on your blog with a link back to who gave it to you.
The owner must pick 5 other blogs to give it to.

We think all of our furriends rock, so please considered yourselves tagged.

In other news, today is the 3rd anniversary of EG's surgery for his obstruction.  Mom can't believe it's been that long, but she's sure glad it's over. hehe  We've got lots of new furriends who may not know the whole story, so if you want, please feel free to check out the archives for March 2007 (our archives list is toward the bottom of our page).  The whole thing pretty much lasted for the whole month.  Mom still gets twitchy when she thinks about it so we're not gonna talk about it too much right now. hehe.

In other other news, this is our new furriend, Seamus.  His name used to be Sherlock (you know, as in, Sherlock Shamrock?), but Mom changed it because she heard somebody say, "No (insert another word for poop here), Sherlock" yesterday and didn't like it.  Unfortunately, we don't think he's coming to live with us since Mom read Misty's instructions yesterday...

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Mancat Monday

On Friday, which is pizza night, Dad and The Mom were trying to guard their pie against our furry selves.  The Mom ended up lunging after Tazo and her ranch dressing flew all over everything:  Dad, the couch, the carpet, and most importantly, ME.  I didn't realize that she got me until Titus and Tazo started trying to clean me off.  It wasn't pretty for anyone.  Then The Mom grabbed a wet towel and tried to wipe it off.  That didn't go that well for her. heh heh  Anyway, I finally gotted all the ranch off my furs.  And I'll tell you what.  It really brings out the shine.  My furs have never looked so luxurious.  And no, Khyra, no dipping sauce jokes from you!

Froot Bat Friday (With a Special Guest)

Today, I have invited a very special guest to the bloggie.  This is my cousin, Ben.  Check out those froot bats!  Aren't they great?

This is the face you get when I have to hear "gimme some frooooot baaaaat" over and over.

And this is what you get when you decide that calling me "Harvey Woofnagle" over and over is cute. (For your information, it's not.)

Happy Weekend, Everybuddy!

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I have been very, very busy this week.  Even though I have left those delicious, pink ears alone - for now - I have been running out the door almost every day.  It is especially entertaining after dark, when I am nearly impossible to see. I usually just swoop around the patio, but today, I got out to the middle of the back yard.  That Woman was shrieking and carrying on and freaking out.  She just does not understand how great it feels to have the wind blowing your cape around.  Until next time, my friends...

Mwahahahahahaha...

Wondering on Wednesday

So here I was, snoozing in Titus' bed, and Mama decided that she just had to get a picture of me.  Which woke me up.  See how crabilated I look?

In other news, I am wondering about something.  Every morning when Mama leaves for work, she gives us all a smooch and a skritch behind the ears and tells us she loves us and to have a good day.  That's pretty much where it ends for Titus and me.  However, she ALWAYS adds, "And you be a good boy today," for EG.  I wonder why that is??? hee hee

Tazo Tuesday

Chin skritches, please.

Mancat Monday

Usually, I snoopervise The Mom when she gets ready for work.  Today, I decided to chillax instead.  She was trying to take a picture of me with the awesome paw dangle that I was sporting.  But as soon as she gotted out her phone, I moved the paw.  No paw for you, The Mom! Heh heh

Froot Bat Friday

She did it.  "Gimme some frooooot baaaaat". But she got no frooooot baaaaat.  Last night I was froot batting all over the place only she didn't have a camera.  As far as I'm concerned, she missed her chance. hehe

In other news, the snow thief has been busy this week.  Our snow used to be about a cat-and-a-half high.  Now it's only about a half-a-cat high.  BUT, the best part is that it's super icy because of all the melting and freezing.  Check out these beauties:

Yummy deliciousness.
Have a great weekend, everybuddy!

(Not at All) Wordless Wednesday

So last night, Mom let me inside and I had something in my mouth.  She freaked out a little - mostly because of THIS.  However, once she took a better look, she started laffin' and laffin'
Because this is what I brought in:

It's ice.  From the patio.  Doesn't it look yummy??? It even had extra dirt on it to make it super extra yummy. (Please ignore the pieces of chewed up paper towel.  That is not the point. Ahem.)

Here is a picture of me enjoying my giant hunk of ice.  It is so delicious.  Please note the look of extreme concentration on my face. When I am enjoying a hunk of ice, I have to keep my wits about me because a certain grey someone likes ice, too.  Not to eat, but to whap around.  Which, in my opinion, is a true waste of a good cube. But anyway, he will try to get my cube and it's never pretty.  Luckily, last night, Mom had my back.  She held him off (sustaining multiple scratches on her neck and chest) until I finished my ice.

And finally, for all of you who were oooohing and aaaaahing and squeeing over THIS - CHECK THIS OUT:

Yes, a giant scratch on my nose.  From that certain grey someone. He's not as sweet as you have been led to believe.  Just sayin'.

Tell-All Tuesday

Hi, my name is Tazo and I'm a Qtip-aholic. Mama thinks I have a secret stash of them somewhere. She keeps throwing them away and then when she gets home from work there's a chewed up Qtip just hanging out in the hallway. Hee hee

Mancat Monday

Some chin skritches would be nice.

Don't you think?
