Mancat Monday

So on Saturday, we hadded to go to the v-e-t.  Doods. And you wanna know something?  The Mom ran outside and stoled the poops of the delicious, pink ears.  And then she stoled our poops out of the litterbox.  What the paw?

Here are the delicious, pink ears in the exam room.  They are well-behaved, like usual.  Whatever.

This is Tazo.  She thinks if she hides and doesn't move, no one can see her.  I don't have the heart to tell her the truth.

This is me.  Dad unzipped the carrier and I jumped out to check things out.  I think it's really cool that Dr P-G has grey chairs.  It's pretty nice of her to color coordinate her furniture with my furs.

The delicious, pink ears went first.  He behaved, of course.  Because he is a kiss up and Mama's boy.  He gotted his heart and lungs listened to and poked in the belly and his ears looked at and then his eyeballs looked at.  Oh and his teeths.  He hates that. heh heh  And then Dr P-G picked up each of his delicious ankles and moved them around because he's got arthritis in his hips.  Man, they looked delicious.

Then it was Tazo's turn.  She put her head in The Mom's armpit for the whole time, like no one could see her if she couldn't see them.  She gotted her belly poked and her eyes and ears checked out and her teeths looked at.  She wasn't even that squirmy. I'm going to have to have a talk with her about that.

Then it was my turn.  I must admit that Hurl Grey might have shown up.  I was real squirmy and I didn't want to get looked at.  I didn't want that light in my ears and I didn't want my eyeballs looked at and I really didn't want my teeths checked out.  I may or may not have hissed at my beloved Dr P-G.  (Sorry, Dr P-G, but a mancat's gotta do what a mancat's gotta do).  So I only gotted one side of my teeths checked out.

Then the delicious pink ears went into the back and gotted some bloods stolen and a shot in the booty.  Of course, he was a good boy.  Whatever.

Then the v-e-t techs came back in to give me and Tazo our shots.  Tazo was good.  Whatever.  I had to hiss.  A huge, scary hiss.  I even gived the v-e-t tech the goose bumps.  They stabbed me in the booty and shoved me in the carrier, like I was a criminal or something.  It really wasn't necessary.  I wasn't going to go on a rampage or anything.  I just didn't want a shot in the booty.  Or my teeths looked at.

The Mom apologized lots and lots to everyone for me being a "jurkface."  They said that it was ok, but she still felt pretty bad since I'm usually pretty good when I'm there.  Dad stopped and gotted us a hamburger (plain, no bun please) on the way home.  The delicious, pink ears gotted half of it.  And then I gotted two bites - mine and Tazo's (because she didn't want hers!?!).  Then we all tooked a nap.

This is me a couple of hours later.  I laid on the bed next to The Mom and tooked a nap.  And I purred.  I didn't want to be a jurkface, but sometimes it just happens.

Mancat Rule of the Day:  If you're going to be a jurkface, make sure to make up for it by acting all sweet and looking cute and purring and stuff.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I've been on my best behavior.  Believe it or not.  I've been very careful not to rock the boat, ever since the E.S.B.C.* has been hanging around.  (Well, there was one tiny little toe-bitey-on-That-Woman incident, but she didn't seem to mind.)  See, they're trying to kick E.S.B.C. out, but I don't want to get mixed up in any of that bizness.  I'm an evil twin, of course, but I am not nearly that evil. E.S.B.C is ruining the reputations of evil twins everywhere.  It's no good, I tell you.  Wish me luck.
Until next time, Mwahahahahahahahahaha...

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I'm back.  I would say I'm better than ever, but this Feliway stuff that That Woman is diffusing all over my abode seems to be like Kryptonite or something. But, I must carry on.  I will find a way to defeat this Feliway foe.  Stay tuned, minions.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

The Dad noticed during my mani-pedi last night that I am missing a dew clawr.  There are several theories about how it might have happened.  I am refusing to answer any questions.

In other news, I absconded with a bread stick the other night.  I took it under the bed to my lair.  When That Woman attempted to retrieve it, I growled at her.  She was definitely afraid.  I may or may not have traded it for a small piece of bacon, but we'll just leave it at that.

Thursday and We're-Not-Inviting-Hurl Today

Things seemed to have chilled out here.  HG *may* have returned to his normal, mischievous self instead of his super eeebil awful self.  But we are not going to jinx it.  Tune in tomorrow for some froot bats. Hopefully.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

Tazo here.  Apparently, this week, Thursday is not the only day Hurl Grey has taken over.  It's been a really long week.  He's been here for days.  Mama's upset, Titus is upset, and I've even hissed at HG a few times.  He's eating and drinking and doing the right kind of 'tocks stuff.  Mama hasn't found any pukes or anything.  But he just keeps trying to beat up on Titus. There's a cat that roams the 'hood and comes right up to the house. Mama thinks maybe that's hissing him off.  Even though it didn't seem to bother him last fall when it was hanging around.  Can a potential hairball make you cranky?  Do kittehs get spring fever?  So far Mama has drenched the house in Comfort Zone spray and is keeping us separated as needed.  She's considering scruffing him and hissing like a mama cat.  (She's been practicing her hiss in the shower.  It's not good.) I've even heard the v-e-t word mentioned.  Mama says she needs a cat whisperer.  Or a vacation.  Or adult beverages.  I've been purring on her, but I think she needs a few more.  If you've got any spare purrs or suggestions, could you please send them her way?  I really appreciate it.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

This morning That Woman started getting ready for work. She walked into the bathroom, flipped on the light, and headed over to the shower. She pulled back the shower curtain and then screamed - which reminded her quite a bit of a scene from A Movie That Askeers the Bee-doody Out of Her - because she saw this:

***Updated: And look what That Woman just found while perusing the interwebs.  Norman Bates and a kitteh!

Thursday is Hurl's Day

The full moon this month was wonderful!  I stayed up all night for three nights in a row, leading up to the big night.  There was a fair amount of biteys, bunnykicking, delicious, pink ear chomping, skinny dawg ankle tasting, rassling cage matches on top of That Woman, and THoE. Take notes, kittehs.  Full Moon Fever* is awesome.

Mwahahahahahahahaha...

*Yes, That Woman loves this guy.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

It's been a slow week.  Don't get me wrong. I've done a fair amount of running outside and delicious, pink ear chomping and showing my cute belleh so that That Woman tries to scritch it, but gets clawred and bunnykicked instead, but I've been resting up for the full moon.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

One day last week, That Woman was getting ready to leave.  She was all dressed and ready to go.  She opened the door to let those delicious, pink ears outside and I ran out, my cape flowing behind me.  I ran to the middle of the back yard. Mwahahaha...  She had to follow me - through all the "deposits" that those delicious, pink ears left out there for the last several weeks.  She grabbed me.  I began to flail and ended up wiping my paws all over her shirt. Mwahahahaha...  She carried me inside and then managed to get a whiff of her shirt.  Let's just say that it wasn't mud.  Mwahahaha...  She had to change.  She also tried to clean my feet, but, well, we all know how that worked out for her: Scratch City. I wasn't all that happy to have poo on my feets, but I made sure that those delicious, pink ears were punished.  Why can't he just use a litterbox like everyone else?

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I have been very, very busy this week.  Even though I have left those delicious, pink ears alone - for now - I have been running out the door almost every day.  It is especially entertaining after dark, when I am nearly impossible to see. I usually just swoop around the patio, but today, I got out to the middle of the back yard.  That Woman was shrieking and carrying on and freaking out.  She just does not understand how great it feels to have the wind blowing your cape around.  Until next time, my friends...

(Not So) Froot Bat Friday

For some reason, I feel like I'm being watched. I'm hanging around, trying to steal Dad's pudding, and I just have this weird feeling...

Happy Friday, Everybuddy!

Award on Wednesday

We gotted an award from our friends, Trouble the Kitty, and The Crew.  (EG and HG seem very close to Trouble the Kitty for some reason.  I am not sure why.)  Anyway, we are supposed to list ten things that make us happy.
I, Tazo, will start it off.  Here are ten things that make me happy:
Good, delicious foods
Sleeping on the cable box
Plague ratsies
Sleeping on top of the dryer
Sun spots
Hogging the space heater
Climbing into the oven
Sleeping on Daddy
Stealing foods
Killing bugs for Mama

And now, ten things that make EG happy:
Hunting ice cubes
Stinky goodness
Making biscuits on The Mom, with extreme clawr action
Milk jug rings
Hogging the dawg beds
Hogging the people bed
Keeping my machine clean
Running out the door
Being held by Dad
Chasing Titus

We're going to let HG make a list, too, since he's so fond of Trouble the Kitty.  Brace yourselves.
Whapping Tazo
Whapping Titus
Delicious, pink ears
Delicious, dawg ankles
Clawring That Woman
Chomping Tazo
Running out the door and running far, far into the yard
Glaring at everyone from my snoopervisory post on top of the fridge
Eating things that make That Woman freak out
Hacking up hairballs

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I've had a pretty busy week.  I've had biteys to give and pink ears to chomp and pink noses to whap. It's really exhausting.  I also tried to steal a loaf of bread from That Dad Guy last night.  We had a tug of war thing going on.  Technically, he won (because he has thumbs), but he says I won because the bread had teeths marks in it and then he refused to eat it. I say, what's a few teeths marks between furriends? Then while he was complaining about it to That Woman, Tazo snuck up behind him and grabbed the bread again.  Maybe she's starting to see things my way.  Could there be another evil twin at the Casa de Furry Kids?

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I've had a busy week.  Mostly I've been focusing on beating up Tazo.  Last night, Dad and That Woman left for a little while.  When they came home, Tazo was acting all askeered and she had grey furs stuck in her clawrs.  Mwahahahahahaha...

In other news, guess what I joined this week?  The Naughty Kitty Club. I think it's going to be very informative.  Just think, access to all that naughtiness.  All.the.time. Stop by and check it out. Mwahahahahahahahaha...

Thursday is Hurl's Day

I've been busy this week.  Mwahahahaha.  I attacked Tazo two nights in a row.  She screamed and That Woman yelled and attempted to squirt me with a water bottle.  And when those delicious, pink ears tried to step in to defend them, I attacked those, too.  I managed to skedaddle and EG ended up in timeout instead.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

This week, I perfected a new chomping technique.  I was being all lovey dovey on That Woman (complete with making biscuits and the Perfectly Parker Patented Love Eyes).  Then I meandered over to that White Dawg and acted all lovey dovey on him.  I lick, lick, licked his head and That Woman got all SQUEE-y.  While she was gushing over teh cute, I chomped on that White Dawg's head. He squealed like a little girl and gave That Woman the most pitiful look ever.  It.was.awesome.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

EG's been very, very helpful this week.  See, I've got him "making biscuits" on That Woman (something he has never done on her ever in the four years that he's lived with her).  He's done it every night for the last five days.  Sometimes, he even uh, um, tries to get milk from various parts of her.  But anyway, he's been "soooo sweet" (her words) this week, that she's totally falling for it.  Once she gets comfortable, then we strike.

Mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha...
