Tazo Tuesday

It is officially freezy cold here in the Mitten State. Mama is doing frequent "frozen ears of corn" and "freezy toes" checks. And we have all had them this weekend. It was so cold that I tucked myself under the fuzzy pad on the scratchy post. Mama SQUEE'd. It hurted our ears. That is all.

Tazo Tuesday

That's IT!!! I've had it. It's freezy cold here again. We all have freezy toes and frozen ears of corn and Mama's fingers are like ice. Everytime she touches us we get zapped. It's no fun.

It's supposed to warm up on Friday. Wake me up then.

Tazo Tummy Toes & Tail Tuesday

We don't have any new pictures of us at the moment because of the whole no power thing and Mama said it was too freezy cold to expose her fingies to the chilly air in the house in order to take any pictures, so she decided to recycle this pic of me. She likes it because she says I am "super snorgle-able," whatever that means.

In other news, we got our power back last night. Mama turned on the space heater and we all gathered around it. It was AWESOME! Mama gotted lots of extra cuddles, but only because she was sitting in front of the heater. hee hee

Mancat Monday

No Mancat Monday picture today. We lost power at Casa de Furry Kids yesterday morning and it's still out. The Mom was ok with it until she woke up this morning and it was 44° in the house and we still had no power. Then she got really, really crabbilated. We're hoping that it comes back today. The wrath of The Mom against DTE will not be pretty.

Mancat Rule of the Day: It is very manly to cuddle with your beans when it's chilly. It is also very manly to put up with them checking your ears constantly to see if you have frozen ears of corn. (Um, yeah, we do, The Mom)

Freezing Froot Bat Friday

Here are my frozen ears of corn. It is very freezing here in the Mitten State. Again. Or still. We got more snow last night. This is me right after I came in from my 9 o'clock potty break. I was covered in snow. So Mom dried me off, got me up on the couch next to Dad, and covered me up. It was pretty cozy.

This is me getting ready to blog. I am still covered up, so Mom said she'd type for me. Dad and I watched the rest of Celebrity Apprentice and some March Madness basketball while Mom typed. It turned out to be a pretty relaxing night, despite all the snow.

In other news, EG got in trouble last night. He chased Tazo up on top of the cable box and then put a giant bitey on her neck. She screamed, I jumped up to defend her, and Dad grabbed EG. It was a pretty exciting night. EG had to get a time out. He was still mad after that, so he tried to put the bitey on my ear. He got in trouble for that, too.

Happy Froot Bat Friday everyone!

Ear Tips and Tazo Tuesday *Updated*

These are my ear tips. They have been very, very chilly lately. Because even though it is spring now, Mother Nature hasn't caught on. In fact, we are supposed to get a little more snow today. I am a little tired of having freezy toes and frozen ears of corn.

UPDATE: Look at the cool Tazo Tippers that Zoey left for me. My ear tips feel much, much better now. Thank you, Zoolatry!

In other news, last night we all got a bite of chicken. Momma gave EG a chunk and he just stared at it. Then she gave me a chunk and I stared at it, too. But then I carried it behind the treadmill. Titus did not stare at his chunk. He gobbled it up. But while Momma was rassling with Titus (who was trying to eat *our* chunks of chicken), she wasn't paying attention to EG and his chunk or me and my chunk. EG dropped his down behind the couch cushions and just stared at it some more. I may or may not have hidden mine under the treadmill. hee hee Momma had to get Titus to go on a chicken hunt. She's pretty sure that there is no more hidden chunks of chicken, but she told us that we might be in a little bit of trouble if our hidden chicken starts to stink.

In other news, this morning I found some saltines in the cupboard. So I helped myself. But then Momma heard the crackly plastic and tooked them away. :( Then EG started to push Momma's coffee mug off the counter. She heard that, too, and tooked it away. She did try to make it up to me by giving me a q-tip to play with. But then she tooked that away, too, before she left for work. :( I don't think that we are allowed to have any fun today.

Thursday Thirteen - Edition 38

Thirteen Random Thoughts We've Had This Week:

1. I bet I could hurry up and eat this plastic bag and The Mom will never know. (EG)

2. It's a good thing my toe furs are so long - it disguises my need for a mani/pedi. (Titus)

3. Rabbit poo and kittybox crunchies are delicious. (Titus)

4. As soon as Dad opens the door and forgets to look out for me, I am so out of here. (EG)

5. The boiler repair dude needs my snoopervision. Oh, and Daisy, he didn't bring his plumber's crack with him. heh (EG)

6. The boiler repair dude is a stranger and is in my house and is very askeery. I'm going under the bed. (Tazo)

7. If The Mom checks us one more time for Freezy Toes (when our toes are super chilly and feel like little ice cubes) or Frozen Ears of Corn (when our ears feel super cold) one more time, she just might get the bitey. (EG)

8. That case of toilet paper looks mighty shreddable. (Titus)

9. The twins are hogging my tower of beds and my new Christmas blankie. (Titus)

10. Oooooh! Renegade chick pea! It's MINE! (Titus and Tazo)

11. Black tuxedos are very handsome. (Tazo)

12. What's a furminator and why is Momma so excited about it? (Tazo)

13. Listen, lady. The name is Grey. Earl Grey. (EG)
