(Not at All) Wordless Wednesday

So last night, Mom let me inside and I had something in my mouth.  She freaked out a little - mostly because of THIS.  However, once she took a better look, she started laffin' and laffin'
Because this is what I brought in:

It's ice.  From the patio.  Doesn't it look yummy??? It even had extra dirt on it to make it super extra yummy. (Please ignore the pieces of chewed up paper towel.  That is not the point. Ahem.)

Here is a picture of me enjoying my giant hunk of ice.  It is so delicious.  Please note the look of extreme concentration on my face. When I am enjoying a hunk of ice, I have to keep my wits about me because a certain grey someone likes ice, too.  Not to eat, but to whap around.  Which, in my opinion, is a true waste of a good cube. But anyway, he will try to get my cube and it's never pretty.  Luckily, last night, Mom had my back.  She held him off (sustaining multiple scratches on her neck and chest) until I finished my ice.

And finally, for all of you who were oooohing and aaaaahing and squeeing over THIS - CHECK THIS OUT:

Yes, a giant scratch on my nose.  From that certain grey someone. He's not as sweet as you have been led to believe.  Just sayin'.

  5. When we dogsit for our human sister's dog, Reyna, she tries to bring stuff in from outside, too.

Sorry Titus, but I have to side with my buddy EG on the nose thing. Is it possible you put it where it didn't belong?!

  15. Sheesh, if it's not the ears, then it is the nose. You need to banish that boy to a locked room.

We had fun with ice today too, all the water in our outside bowl was frozen and we played hockey on the deck with it.

  17. Ahem... who exactly is trying to pretend that "the grey beat" is sweet? Interesting, maybe, Machiavellian, definitely, but SWEET?!

  18. We bet that dirt made the ice extra good.
We don't know how we missed reading about the bunny before. Maybe we were locked up when our Beans were on holiday. When I caught a bunny, it put lots of fleas all round the edge of my ears.
