Happy Birthday and a Reluctant Froot Bat

First of all, I'd like to wish the twins a very Happy 4th Birthday!!! I heard a rumor that we're getting vanilla ice cream tonight, so they're good for something. hehe




Now onto what everybuddy's been waiting for:

My neck is feeling lots better. I would, however, love love love to go outside without the poo police following me around. See, the medicine that I'm taking is kinda tough on the old liver and kidneys and the v-e-t told Mom to bring me right in if I had the squirts or the pukes. So Mom's been watching me like a hawk. It really stinks. Sometimes, a guy would just like to do his bizness in private, you know?

Titus on Tuesday

This is me at the Dawg ER on Saturday. I was pretty hurty. See the bandage on my leg? That's where they stoled my bloods. See how the bandage is red? And that it clashes with my collar and harness? I think that is what is called a fashion faux pas. Daisy and Skeezix would never ever pair a blue harness with a red bandage. Luckily, Dad tooked my bandage off as soon as I gotted home so that I didn't have to be seen around the neighborhood in a clashing bandage. That would've been awful.

In other news, I'm feeling lots better. I was even trying to play with the twins last night, but Mom said I need to stay quiet for a few days. It was a bummer. But she did give me a marshmallow and that helped a little.

In other news, Titus had to go to the dawg ER on Saturday night for a hurty neck. He got stuff stuck in his booty and gotted a spinal exam and they stoled his bloods *and* he gotted a shot. He also got a piece of hamburger on the way home, and I'm still a little bitter about that. He's still kinda hurty, but we've been taking it easy. He's on anti-inflammatory pills for 10 days and restricted activity for at least 2 weeks which means he can't have any fun, but that doesn't mean that I can't have any fun. Those delicious, pink ears are just calling to me. heh heh

Nope, I wasn't feeling it. Especially after the whole diva post from yesterday. I wouldn't even look at the camera. Mom took 22 shots of me last night. And all of them were of me not looking at the camera AND having angry ears.

I've been snoozing on top of the condo lately. It's pretty comfy. The thing is, whoever's up there won't be left alone. About 2.7 seconds after this picture was taken, The Mom moved in for a snorgle. Which, of course, resulted in a bunnykick and a bitey for her.

Thursday is Hurl's Day

So it's been a pretty slow week again. Yesterday was pretty fun, though. That Dad Guy reached into the dryer to get a shirt and felt some fur. He screamed like a little girl (apparently because there shouldn't be animals in the dryer, but whatevs). Then he peered in there to see who that fur belonged to and saw me. I turned on my super evil genius cuteness and when he reached in to pet me, I gave him the bitey. Mwahahahahahahaha.

I've also got some things tentatively scheduled for the next day or so. See, That Dad Guy has decided to take up golf and bought these clubs. He keeps bringing them in the house and I gotta say, those club grips look super tasty. That Woman keeps reminding him to put them away because rubber is a delicious snack around here, but he keeps forgetting. There is a delicious looking putter in the living room as we speak. Come to think of it, there's also a pair of delicious pink ears that need my attention. Until next time...

We've all been laying low since Hurl Grey gotted into the nip a couple days ago. He went WILD and all h-e-double hockey sticks broke loose. He chased me all over the house and jumped on me and bited me a lot and made me scream. Then he went after Titus. He tried grabbing Titus' poor ears and his fluffy, white neck. It was horrible. Finally, Mama grabbed him and putted him in a time out. It was so askeery - he was just so MEAN. Plus, Mama said that she's not sure we should have nip any more. Do you believe that??? The horror! We don't get enough of it as it is. :sigh:

Tazo and Tattletail Tuesday

This is what Mama woke up to yesterday morning. She was squee-ing like nobody's business. And then she went in for the tummy snorgle. It wasn't pretty.

As for the tattletail part, she has still not charged the flashy box battery, so she's resorting to camera phone pictures. I don't think the camera phone can capture our cuteness quite like a regular flashy box. But I guess we have to deal with it for a little while longer. :sigh:

Dudes! Guess what? A crazy busy Mom who doesn't get home until after 10 pm on the Froot Bat Friday eve is waaaaay too tired to take your picture. So she combs the archives for an unused Froot Bat picture and you are spared the whole gimme some frooooot baaaaaat. Sweet.

More resting and cuddling on the schedule for this weekend. It's gonna be awesome. As for the fireworks, I'll sleep through 'em, and Tazo will probably sleep through 'em, and EG will try to snoopervise the festivities from the front window. hehe
