Disco Nap
Daddy took this picture of us last night. The Mom thinks that with the lighting we look like we're napping at a disco. Then she started giggling about a "disco nap." Whatever, lady. We've seen her try to take one - she ended up sleeping right through the event. hee hee
We are thinking that she needs to take a remedial napping course. We will teach it because we are expert nappers.

The Morning Routine
EARL GREY
I get up every morning when The Mom's alarm goes off. I make sure that she gets her 'tocks out of bed, drinks her coffee, and gets in the shower. Sometimes I wait for her to get out of the shower and then I jump on her shoulder and chew on her hairs a little bit. I have to make sure that she's up and at 'em. It's a tough job. And then other days, I get sick of waiting around and well, this happens:

Twins on Tuesday
The Mom was giggling a little bit because we were both snoozing in the same position. We told her we were twins, so duh. We're a little bit crabbilated though because she woke us up with the flashy box.

Twins on Tuesday on Monday
Yesterday was our birthday. We're six now! The Mom is having a hard time believing it. She says it seems like just yesterday we were three pound baby kittens. And that we napped in the bathroom sink together and that Tazo was an expert jumper and I kept falling off the counters I was trying to jump on. I don't like to think about that part - I'm not sure it's all that manly when your sister can outjump you. Ahem. Anyway, here's a picture of us on the day we gotted gotcha'd.
Here is Tazo playing with our new fevver chickhens last night. They're pretty fun. The Mom couldn't get a non-blurry picture of me and the fevver chickhens. And I am not sure why there is a white dawg tail in this picture either.
Here is a picture of me in action. See the manly grey blur? Yep, that's me.
And here we are getting our birthday yogurt. Vanilla! Yum.
Have no fear, Froot Bat Fans - those delicious, pink ears gotted some yogurt, too.
Mancat Rule of the Day: It is very manly to share your posting day with your sister becauseyour The Mom makes you it's your birthday.

Tazo, Twins, & Tattletail Tuesday
Here is a picture of us with the nip that EG showed you yesterday. This was taken right before EG hadded to get put in timeout. hee hee
Here is the tattletail part: It is not the picture that Mama wanted to post today. She chased me around with the camera last night and finally gotted a good picture. Except she had forgotten to put the memory card in the camera. Then she couldn't find the cord to get the pictures off the camera. hee hee

Happy Birthday and a Reluctant Froot Bat
First of all, I'd like to wish the twins a very Happy 4th Birthday!!! I heard a rumor that we're getting vanilla ice cream tonight, so they're good for something. hehe

Now onto what everybuddy's been waiting for:

My neck is feeling lots better. I would, however, love love love to go outside without the poo police following me around. See, the medicine that I'm taking is kinda tough on the old liver and kidneys and the v-e-t told Mom to bring me right in if I had the squirts or the pukes. So Mom's been watching me like a hawk. It really stinks. Sometimes, a guy would just like to do his bizness in private, you know?
Anyway, we hope everybuddy has a great weekend!

Nope, not feeling it.
Fine. :sigh:

Meme
We gotted tagged by our furriend, Ariel for a super fun meme. Here's what you do:
Go to your Picture Folder on your computer or wherever you store your pictures.
Go to the 6th Folder and then pick the 6th Picture.
Post it on your bloggy and tell the story that goes with the picture.
Tag 5 other glorious peoples to do the same thing and leave a comment on their bloggy tellin' them 'bout it.

Me and EG were playing hide and seek in the cupboard over the fridge. Mama heard the cupboard door keep slamming shut and got up to see what was going on. And this is what she saw. Hee hee!

Thursday Thirteen - Edition 55
Today is our birthday! We are three. I don't feel a day over two, though. But whatever. Here's 13 Things That We'd Like for our Birthday:
1. A steak
2. A PAR-TAY
3. Breakfast at 3:30 am
4. A long, uninterrupted nap
5. A snack of delicious, pink ears (and don't those ears just look yummy???)
6. To go outside and run around
7. Some fev-vers
8. A boat load of nip
9. No more mani/pedis
10. To be able to sleep on Dad and The Mom's bed and stretch waaaaayyy out without either of them complaining
11. To be able to boobwalk without getting yelled at
12. A long ride in the stroller
13. A pet fishie or a lizard or something (I think we're old enough to be responsible for a pet fishie, don't you?)
Here is the very first picture that Dad and The Mom have of us. We're about 10-1/2 weeks old.
And here's one from last week. I think we've grown up just a little. The Mom keeps saying, "Remember when they only weighed 3-1/2 pounds? They were soooo tiny!" to Dad. She's totally ruining my manly reputation.

Anyway, the point is that The Mom is busy and preoccupied and whatever this week and didn't really plan a PAR-TAY for us, so if anyone wants to come over and trash the house today, we'll be here. heh heh
In other news, Aunt Jen and The Mom want to thank you for all the purrs and purrayers. She's still feeling pretty bad, but hopefully her antibiotics will start kicking some butt soon and she'll get all healed up. We'll update when we know anything else.

Manly Dawg Monday
EG's sort of mad that I'm "hogging the blog" today, but sheesh, it's been all about the twins around here lately. Anyhoo, I'm supposed to send waves and ugh (this is soooooo embarrassing), whiskie kissies to Dorydoo from EG.
PS - Our dawg friend, Belle, is doing great! The swelling has really gone down on her face and she's got super happy ears and a waggy tail. And she only has 3-1/2 more days of being a conehead!

NOMSS Friend
This is our NOMSS Friend. We met him in June. He seems like a nice guy. He's very laid back and doesn't like to race around very much. We think his name is George. He has a very handsome, yellow chin. But we do think he might need a manicure. We would like to invite him inside to play, but Momma doesn't think that that's such a good idea for some reason. *shrugging* We don't really know that much about him because he doesn't talk much. He must be the strong, silent type.
Love,
Tazo & Earl Grey

Thursday Thirteen - Edition 18
Here are some pictures from our birfday.

The twins also got harnesses and matching leashes. Mom has been practicing with them. Tazo hates hers and will probably be happy enough to stay in the house and never, ever, ever wear a harness. EG has worn his for a total of 1 minute and 14.2 seconds over the course of the last week. He either thinks he can't move at all, or he slinks around like a boneless kitten. It is kind of funny, but Mom says I'm not supposed to laugh. Stay tuned, though. Harness pictures are coming...
~Titus
This is our new pet fishie. He came complete with a fishie pole. Aren't fishies supposed to swim in water instead of being stapled to a piece of cardboard? Yeah, that's what I thought. Don't tell the twins, though. :whispers: They think it's a real fishie.
These are fleece ball things with fev-vers. They are great for fetching.
This is also a great fev-ver toy. You can hang it from a doorknob OR you can go fishing for Earl Greys and Tituses. It is very fun.
CATNIP BANANER! 'nuff said
CATNIP CIGAR!
Momma's fishing for Tituses and Eggies
Earl Grey loves fev-ver toys
EG playing with the fev-vers. Notice Tazo in the background. She is very high on the ' nip. So high that there is a Squiggle laying right next to her and she's just staring at it. She's not even trying to put the bitey on it.
EG playing with MY new Octopi Guy. Grrrrr.
Eating vanilla ice cream. Dad bought us Haagen Dazs. Do you believe it? It was very yummy.
Vanilla ice cream is very tasty. Notice the cigar is not too far away from Tazo.

I got way more ice cream than the twins did - because I'm the big brother and they're only 2. Plus, Mom was afraid they might get 'tocks problems from too much ice cream.
PAR-TAY! Mom always gets presents for the non-birfday kids, so this is what I got. A purple Octopi Guy. I used to have a green one, but I think this one matches my furs better. Plus, he makes a very fetching hat.
I also got this. It's a fleecy ball. It is very fun to play catch with.

White Dawg Wednesday
Here's a photo of Titus from last night's PAR-TAY. We don't have any lampshades, so he had to improvise with an octopus.
We got lots of cool stuff: a fishie(!), some treats, some fev-ver toys, a catnip bananer, a catnip cigar, and HARNESSES!!!! HARNESSES WITH MATCHING LEASHES!!! We'll post some pictures tomorrow.
We just wanted to thank everyone for coming by yesterday and for all the birfday wishes. It means a lot. We are so thankful for all the great friends we've made since we started blogging. Thank you all for being with us on our special day.

Earl Grey: Today is our birfday!!! We are two! Hey, Tazo, what comes after Part B?
Tazo: I don't know, Earl.
EG: PAR-TAY!!!! heh heh Dad taught me that joke.
Tazo: Don't forget that everyone's invited over today to play. I mean, PAR-TAY! Hope to see you there.
PS - Thank you all for all the Happy Birthday wishes!
