Except that then EG went to The Bridge and Daddy and Mom decided that we were going back to the regular meal times. Meaning no more breakfast at 7. Something about Mom having a hard time dividing my food by 3 so early in the morning or something. Lame-o excuse, if you ask me. So I'm back to two meals a day - which is wrong, wrong, wrong. What.The.Paw. My tummy gets soooo hungry over night. So I yell at her for food as soon as she gets out of bed. I usually score some treats first thing in the morning, which is cool. But I really hope that one day she's so sleepy and out of it that she forgets and ends up giving me my 7 am breakfast again. Paws crossed!
How many times a day do you guys get to eat?
Well, that sure isn't fair! We get breakfast treats too first thing.
ReplyDeleteBreakfast treats are ok. BUT THEY ARE NOT BREAKFAST. That is all I'm trying to tell her.
DeleteWe eat twice a day. We know the vets prefer three times a day but Mom says that can be very challenging if she has plans for the day. She also makes us wait at least a half hour from when she gets up in the morning so, as she says, "we don't get too demanding" Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning and Misty
Titus and EG and I got "too demanding", too. Basically, we were waking Mom up at 2 or 3 am. She wasn't a fan. hee hee
DeleteWe think you should eat whenever you want. Actually, we get fed 3 times a day. Breakfast, dinner and then right before the mom goes to bed, she gives us some more food so we won't wake her up during the night.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are sooooo lucky!
DeleteTazo, that is just NOT FAIR! Admittedly, we don't get breakfast at 7am because #1 is still in lalaland at that time. We generally get 3-4 smaller meals in the course of the day, because #1 works from home so she's around. If she's gone, then we make do. She always makes sure we don't faint from hunger.
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
3 or 4 meals a day?!?!?! Your #1 is a good one. Hang on to her!
DeleteYou poor kitties! That just seems unfair, and we understand! We wake up our mom and dad every day, demanding to be fed, but they still only feed us twice a day.
ReplyDeleteTerrible! Don't they realize how hungry our tummies get? Sheesh.
