Froot Bat Friday

We hope everybuddy had a great Thanksgiving yesterday.  Ours would have been better if Mom and Dad would have brought us some leftovers.  See? I had my bowl all ready to go. Not cool, Mom. Not cool.

Anyway, it's almost the weekend.  Have a great one!

Tazo Tuesday

Let me help you put away the groceries, Mama.  That real live dead chicken doesn't need to go in the fridge.  You could just store it right here in this cabinet. hee hee

Mancat Monday

Mancat Rule of the Day:  It is very manly to keep your The Mom's side of the bed warm for her.

Froot Bat Friday

I think it's pretty sneaky when your Mom just rolls up on you and snaps a picture while you're sleeping.  And then doesn't dole out any treats.  I'm gonna have to practice not froot batting while I'm sleeping.  But they just get soooo relaxed and I can't help it. What's a dawg to do? :sigh:

Happy snoozing!  Hope everybuddy has a great weekend!

Thinking on Thursday

I was just thinking that maybe I needed to get the froot bats all warmed up for tomorrow.  I was also thinking that Mom's pillow is the best.  She makes her side of the bed every morning when she gets up.  (She doesn't make Dad's side because he's still in it - BOL!)  Then after she goes to work, I go in and pull all the covers off her pillow and make myself comfy. On her pillow.  She says she doesn't like furs on her pillowcase, but it makes her laugh every time. She says it's a good thing I'm cute.

In other news, Tazo and I have scored big time this week.  On Monday night, Mom made two perfect pieces of toast with peanutbutter, honey, and sliced banana.  It's pretty much her favorite thing besides pizza.  Anyway, she had them on a plate and was sitting on the couch.  Tazo jumped up and hooked one piece of toast with her clawr and pulled it onto the floor.  Then I swooped in and took care of business.  I pretty much got the whole piece - Tazo and EG had to split a tiny piece of crust. Mom says we added insult to injury because we left the banana slices on the floor (the twins hate bananas and I'll only eat them if there's really nothing else around). I ate a couple, but I rolled the rest of them around in my mouth so they were super slimy when Mom picked them up. hehehe  Then last night, Mom and Dad had pizza.  Mom left me and Dad and the pizza box in the family room.  Then Dad got up and left me and the pizza box alone in the family room.  Alone.  You can guess what happened next. BOL!   Sorry I ate your leftovers, Mom. But it sure was a nommy pizza.

Happy Thursday, everybuddy!  I hope you guys score some nommy treats, too!

Tazo and Tattle Tail Tuesday

A fireplace is a super good thing.  It really warms up the furs. Daddy and The Tile Guy always make fires for us when Mama isn't home.  Because Mama hates the fireplace.  hee hee

In other news, I have to tell you a little secret.  Whenever Mama is getting our foods ready, EG makes little piggy snorts, especially when it's stinky goodness time. Last night, he was doing his snorty sound and Mama called him a Snort Muffin. And then she made up a little Snort Muffin song. He didn't really like that. hee hee

Froot Bat Friday

No treats, no froot bats.  She claims that I didn't need any treats since I ate a whole bag of kitteh treats earlier in the day.  But whatever.  Throw a guy a piece of kibble or something.  Sheesh.

Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Tattletail Tuesday

So EG takes his beefy prozac every day in one of these.

Mama ranned out of them the other day, so she wented to the store and got some more.  They didn't have any in the kitteh department, but there was a giant display by the cash registers, so she grabbed a bag there.  The bag looked different and there weren't as many in there and they were more expensive, but we were completely out and EG needed them for his pill, so she bought them any way.

So it gets to be time for EG's pill and she opens the bag and pulls one out and they even look funny on the inside. And smell a little different.  So she pulled the empty bag out of the trash can and figured out why it was different.

She bought DAWG pill pockets.  What the paw? EG had to use them for that night.  We all gotted a taste and they *were* pretty good.  But geez, Mama! Didn't you notice the DAWG on the package?  Really? Sometimes we worry about her.

Mancat Monday

So I yakked twice over the weekend. Big deal.  I was just in the mood to cause some excitement.  The Mom fawned all over me and then made me a huge batch of delicious chicken and rice. There is the threat of a v-e-t visit, but I think I'll be able to avoid that. heh heh

Mancat Rule of the Day:  Yakking will get you lots of attention. And real live dead chicken.

Froot Bat Friday

There were treats! In fact, it was a piece of steak! Score one for the froot bats!

Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Forty Winks on Thursday

Mom thinks we need a bigger couch so there's room for her. hehehe

White Dawg Wednesday

If your pawrents aren't on that awful f@cebook, you missed my traumatic news from last week.  We had a super warm day here in the Mitten State and Mom gotted out the leash and I thought we were going for a walk to check my pee-mails.  However, we gotted in the car and went to a horrible, horrible place. It's almost as bad as the v-e-t.  It's the dawg wash place.  I do not like it there.  Not one bit.  I wouldn't walk up the ramp into the tub, so Dad lifted me in there (traitor!). Then he squirted me with a hose (traitor!) while Mom rubbed cherry-flavored gunk all over me. Then Dad squirted me with that hose again (traitor!). It was awful.  They washed off all of my good stink.  I've been working on that stink for a long time.  It was terrible. Mom said I didn't have to get dried with the blow dryer since it was so warm out.  She even told me that I could shake the water off my furs.  Which I did.  Repeatedly.  All over her. Then we went home and she turned on the space heater and gotted my bed all warm for me. She was trying to kiss up, but it didn't work.  I wouldn't even look at her. She took away my good stink and replaced it with cherry-flavor and then she kept singing THIS SONG to me and it was annoying.  I am NOT your ch-ch-ch-cherry bomb! Really, Mom.  To make it even worser, whenever I get a bath, my furs get all weird and frizzy. It was a totally rough day to be a froot bat at my house.

Here is a picture of me with my frizzy furs.  Notice that I am not looking at Mom. She even threw me some "gimme some frooooot baaaaats," and I was all, "Uh, lady?  Are you insane? I'm not even going to look at you."

The pouting worked pretty well, though.  It gotted me lots of treats and Mom and Dad fawned all over me for days. While I don't recommend a bath, the pouting works wonders.  Definitely give it a try if you get the opportunity. hehehe

Titus on Tuesday

Somedawg suggested that since there was a lack of froot bats on Friday there should be a Titus Week or something. Mom thought that was a pretty good idea (FINALLY!).

This picture was made by Miss Ann, Maggie, & Zoey over at Zoolatry.  I think they did a terrific job on my Froot Bats, don't you?  Mom was going to post this for Halloween, but, well, EG filled you in on how she "fixed" our internets so our Halloween post didn't work out so well.

I've got lots to fill you in on this week since I didn't get to post hardly at all last week, so stay tuned.
Happy Titus Tuesday!

Mancat Monday

Can't a mancat just chill on the counter without a The Mom gettin' all up in his grill?  I'm not looking at you, The Mom.  You can't make me.

In other news, sorry about the lack of Froot Bats on Friday.  The Mom accidently disconnected our house from the interwebs and then gotted distracted and then didn't post for us.  Titus is still mad.  It was a rough weekend around here. There's nothing worse than pouty froot bats.
