The T's on Tuesday

Mama apologizes for the apostrophe catastrophe in the title, but she said it just couldn't be helped. hee hee

I just have one thing to say:

I love love love my Titus!
(Mama just loves the look on Titus' face in this picture. hee hee)

He gets almost as much love as Tommy does.

In other news, Titus was still having puke problems and 'tocks troubles yesterday. So he still gets yummy chicken and rice and me and EG still get nothin'. So wrong!

Happy Tuesday, everybuddy!

Mancat Monday

Not much going on around here this weekend. Just people sticking flashy boxes in my face and me giving them the hairy eyeball.

In other news, Titus wented litterbox surfing on Saturday and well, there's been some 'tocks trouble around here this weekend. heh heh He's been getting chicken and rice and me and Tazo have been getting squat. It just ain't right. I'm sensing some toe biteys or boobwalking in The Mom's future...

Froot Bat Friday

She got me. Instead of getting treats for modeling, she decided that she'd snap my picture while I'm waiting for my supper. Oh, the humanity! It was awful. Watching her balance my kibble precariously with one hand while trying to take my picture with the other was almost too much to take. I finally got my foods. BUT NO EXTRA TREATS. I'm not the one who needs to watch his or her weight. I am perfect, Mom, remember? Dr P said so!

Thursday is Hurl's Day

So last week, That Woman and The Dad-Type-Guy took all of The Furry Kids to the v-e-t for their check ups. It started out by me and Tazo getting shoved in our PTUs and getting thrown into the tan machine. We drove and drove and drove for like a squillion hours and then we gotted to the v-e-t. The whole way there, me and Tazo yelled at The Dad-Type-Guy to take us back home, but he wouldn't. Titus, being his usual goody two shoes self, just sat in the back seat and looked out the window.

Finally, we gotted to the v-e-t. Titus, as usual, gotted a ton of attention. His favorite girl at the v-e-t (next to That Woman, of course) came out of the back room and gave him lots of scritches and fawned all over him. Whatever. He gotted weighed in the waiting room (how horrible that everyone in there sees how much you weigh!) and then we went into the exam room. Me and Tazo gotted weighed - that was horrible, too. The Dr P came in.

She checked out Titus first. Of course, he was doing the whole I'm-adorable-and-I-have-delicious-pink-ears thing. They fall for it every time. Again, whatever. Here's his report card. Please note that it says that he is a "perfect weight" and "sweetheart." Blah, blah, blah. The only good part is that he has to get his teeths cleaned in a couple of weeks (but don't tell him - he doesn't know about it yet). Another funny thing is that when he gotted the one vaccination that is the nose drops one, That Woman tripped and stepped on his foot at the same time the lady shooted the stuff in his nose, so he screamed like a little girl and then he snootered it all over That Woman. heh heh

Tazo REALLY hates the v-e-t so she hung out in the PTU and pretended that no one could see her. Unfortunately, it didn't work. She gotted weighed and then Dr P checked her out. She gotted poked in her belly and Dr P looked at her eye that's been kinda gooby lately mostly because somekitteh played THoE waaaay too enthusiastically and whapped her in the face. She hated every minute of it. As soon as she was done, she wented back in the PTU and stayed there and hoped that everyone would leave her alone. Her report card says that she has to lose some weight (9 whole ounces!) and that she's "beautiful." Again, blah blah blah.

Now, to get down to the best part. First of all, I'm a little hissed off because they only call me "Earl" when I'm there. My name is Earl Grey. Or EG, for short. So please note that they wrote the wrong name on there. Second, Dr P and That Woman had never seen me at the v-e-t's office when I've been healthy. Let's just say that they were waaaayy wrong on the name on the chart. Because Hurl Grey wented to the v-e-t instead. Let's just say that Bendrix would be proud. I believe That Woman referred to me as "feisty." I strutted around the exam room. I refused to look at Dr P when she was trying to look at my eyeballs. I moved my head every time she tried to look in my ears. I swiped at her with my clawrs when she tried to listen to my heart. I may or may not have tried to give her the bitey when she was poking at my belleh. heh heh
Notice my report card says that I am a "personality." Oh yeah. That Woman also mentioned to them that I like to chomp on those delicious pink ears and then The Dad-Type-Guy and That Woman heard everyone whispering in the back about how I beat up on Titus. heh heh

The bad news about the whole thing? Me and Tazo have to cut back on our foods. It is so wrong. Mr Delicious-Pink-Ears is "perfect" and WE have to cut back on the kibble? Very wrong. But all in all, we're healthy, we gotted our shots, and we don't have to go back for a long, long time. It's a good thing, too, because it wore us all out. As soon as we gotted home, we had our supper and we all took a nap (even That Woman). I'm glad it's over, but I think I'm gonna have to consult with Bendrix about how to behave before my next visit.

Mwahahahahahahahaha...

Mancat Monday

Can't a mancat get any rest around here? I mean, really. If I'm going to be able to get The Mom up at 3 am, I really need to get my zzzz's now, you know?

Thankful Thursday

Last week, when I had my hurty neck, my furriend, Khyra, sent me a care package. Because she is super cool.
This is what the man in the bloo shorts dropped off at our house. And notice who it's addressed to. "Handsome Titus" hehe

Yesterday's bag of mystery floof. It was Khyra's!

Dad opened the bag and let me get a good sniff. When somedawg sends you a bag of furs, you gotta make sure to give them a good snooter. Let me tell you, this floof has magical healing powers. My neck felt so much better as soon as I inhaled the aroma of those furs.

Dad took a sniff, too. hehe Mom loves the look on my face in this picture. Well, he's trying to sniff all the good sniffs out of my very special bag of Khyra furs. Wouldn't you be giving him the hairy eyeball, too?

Khyra also send me a sample bag of Happy Hearts Dawg Cookies. Dad tasted one. Tazo did not.

They are very delicious. And they are squirrel shaped. You gotta eat the tail first, by the way.

Khyra also sent me a bully stick because she knows I have been deprived of the delicious snack that is a bully stick. Because Mom is too grossed out to buy them for me. If you don't know what they are, well, you probably don't want to. But they are way delicious. Dad didn't want to sample this treat for some reason. hehe

I ate the whole thing. Mom had to keep the twins away from me while I was having my snack. I kept growling whenever they got too close. Don't get between a dawg and his bully stick.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Khyra and Khyra's Mom! You guys rock!

Tazo Tuesday

Just feeling like loafing around today. See those shorts next to me? Those are Daddy's. And I found CANDY in his pocket. If I would've been quicker, I could've eaten it. But Mama heard me working on the wrapper and took it away. Rats!

In other news, we've got some new bloggie friends. Please head over to Catpuccino & Morning Toast and say hi. They just starting blogging recently and guess what? They get to have nip parties at their house! Like, a lot!

Mancat Monday

Do you mind? Trying to nap here.

In other news, I totally freaked out The Mom yesterday. I slept all day long. Usually, on the weekends, we start squawking for dinner around 2 pm. But I slept until 4 - even with The Mom poking at me and calling my name. It rocked. Then she followed me around all evening, trying to see if I was acting "normal." (I was.) You just gotta keep 'em on their toes. heh heh

Thursday is Hurl's Day

So while EG was teleporting around on the Hams of the Werld Tour, I helped him out by making sure that That Woman didn't even know he was gone. Last Thursday night, I stayed up all night long. It was awesome. I played jingle ball and squawked until 4 am. That Woman was super tired at work on Friday. heh heh

At least one time a day for the last few days, I have run outside. Especially at dusk when it's super hard to see my grey furs. Again. teh awesome. I have been threatened with a collar, but that ain't gonna happen - it would clash with my awesome cape.

I made sure to taste those
delicious, pink ears. Multiple times. It was especially fun when Titus had that hurty neck. It was like I was a giant jungle kitteh and he was a wounded wildebeest.

Finally, I got all jacked up and attacked Tazo. She screamed and screamed like a little girl and then, well, That Woman put me in a timeout. Twice. And then I had to listen to a lecture on how we are supposed to be nice to each other and blah blah blah.

Overall, it's been a super busy week. I'm glad EG's home now so that I can relax.

Harvey Woofnagle Wednesday

Mom was glad to see me snoozing like this last night because I spent most of the weekend snoozing on my side - which tends to mean that my neck is hurty if it's not super duper hot outside. Those of you whose beans waste all your precious blogging time on that stoopid Facebook are on Facebook probably already know this, but for those of you who don't, I had to go to the v-e-t on Saturday. I woke Mom up at 3 am with a whimper. And then a full out cry at 6. My neck was hurty again. My neck was so hurty that I couldn't even drop a dookie in the back yard. I would try and then cry and lay down. She was supposed to do a "fun run" (whatever that means) on Saturday, but she stayed home and took me to the v-e-t instead. I gotted my temperature taken (it was horrible, as usual), but that was it for the bad stuff. Just another spinal exam (I'm getting used to those) and then they stealed a little of my bloods. It was ok this time, though, because the tech who held me gave the best.ear.scritches.ever. Mom even remembered to stuff her pockets with Charlee Bears, so it was all good. And yes, these are the treats that I only.got.one.of for my froot bat Friday modeling job. Check out the size of these things. They're teeny tiny! I gotted some medicines to help me feel better and that was it. Since Dad was playing golf that day, we camed home and cuddled up and took a nap. It was pretty cool. I gotted lots of sympathy and Mom fawned over me all day. She even promised to order me some Happy Hearts Dawg Cookies. Total score! I'm feeling lots better now thanks to some good medicines and I'm really digging all the attention. Mom says she's even going to order me a new bed on payday because my Tower of Beds is kind of "unsupportive." I could totally get used to this. Well, except for the hurty neck part. That kinda blows.

Froot Bat Friday

I got a treat again last night for my modeling session. ONE.treat.despite.MULTIPLE.pictures. Mom claimed that she couldn't balance a handful of treats, the flashy box, and wrangle the twins all at once. *I* claim that Daisy gotted eight treats yesterday. EIGHT. I got one. One that was the size of a dime. That's just real carpy in my book. Maybe I need to get my dad to be my stylist/assistant like Skeezy's Mr TF. He could dispense MULTIPLE treats while Mom snapped multiple pictures. :sigh:

Happy weekend, everybuddy!

Thinking on Thursday

We're pretty hissed off. We were planning to do a Thursday Thirteen again this week, but The Mom has been busy this week no kidding, we haven't even visited our friends in like a squillion days and says she's "tapped out." We wanted to go on the Hams of the Werld Tour, but she couldn't even pick photos to send in. She's about to get traded in for a more helpful model.

She went to a hockey game on Sunday and got her picture taken with a giant fish. Can you believe that she didn't bring any back for us??? Imagine the vat of tartar sauce you'd need for that guy. Yum!

Then, the other night, her and Dad went here:

And ate this:

And this:

And brought us nothing. No snacks. No delicious hot dawgs. Not one single thing. We are not happy. I think it might be time to call in reinforcements again...

Mwahahahahahaha...

Tazo Tuesday

This is my first nap on top of the dryer of the season. Yesterday morning, it was super freezy cold. When Mama turned on the dryer, I ran in and took my spot in my disposable litterbox. It was warm and toasty and made for a very good nap.
